Missing 6yo boy taken from home by family member needs medication

There are fears for a six-year-old boy who was taken from his home in south-eastern Perth by a family member, with police saying he needs medication he does not have with him.

A public appeal for help has been issued by WA Police to find Ethan Nguyen, who was taken from a house on Foulkes Way in Byford about 9:40pm last night.

Ethan is described as being olive skinned, 110 centimetres tall and with a solid build.

He was last seen wearing a grey shirt.

Police said the boy was believed to still be in the company of the male family member.

They are believed to be travelling in a white rental sedan.

Police said Ethan required daily medication which he did not have with him.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately on 131 444.
