Authorities said the unidentified female patron visited the McDonald's restaurant on Woodward Avenue near Canfield Street, not far from Wayne State University's campus, four days ago.
Wayne State Police said the woman ordered her food around 5pm, but when the staff brought it out to her, she complained that the cashier had been rude and that her food didn't come fast enough, according to Fox 5 New York.
Outraged, the disabled patron drew a Taser and fired it at an employee, who dodged the weapon's electric darts, police said.
