William H. Macy didn't appear to be too concerned Tuesday about his wife's possible 10-month prison sentence over the college cheating scandal.
The actor, 69, appeared to be planning some home improvements as she stopped by Anawalt Lumber Hardware store in Los Angeles, California for a spot of shopping.
Macy was spotted grinning as he held a tray of plants in the nursery section, just one day after his spouse Felicity Huffman pleaded guilty after operation Varsity Blues.

'My desire to help my daughter is no excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty.'

The TV star agreed to plead guilty on Monday to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud, a felony which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.
In return for her admission of guilt, federal prosecutors lowered the sentence drastically.
Her plea agreement, which emerged on Tuesday, reveals how prosecutors are viewing her crime and its seriousness.
Federal charges are rated on a scale of one to 43 for seriousness and that is what informs how long a sentence a defendant receives.

Huffman's crime has been rated as a level nine crime which, because she has no criminal history, carries a sentence of between four and 10 months behind bars.

In addition to jail time, she must pay $20,000, any restitution that the court decides upon and she will spend a year on supervised release.
Huffman and 13 other wealthy defendants in the college bribery scam pleaded guilty on Monday and are likely to receive less than a year in prison.
