Former Page 3 girl Samantha Fox claims US pop idol David Cassidy sexually assaulted her in a bathroom.
The ex glamour model said the teen idol, who died this month, forced himself on her when she was 19 after asking her to appear in one of his music videos.
She claims Cassidy, who shot to fame on seventies TV show The Partridge Family, followed her into the toilet of a London restaurant and put his hand up her skirt.

Fox also said Cassidy grabbed her breast in the same attack after joining her and her father for dinner out.
But revealing in her autobiography, released next week, Fox said she responded by kneeing him in the crotch.
Describing him as a 'first class creep', Fox told the Daily Star: 'It shocked me. I was a huge fan and loved The Partridge Family.
'I had a big poster of David Cassidy on my wall and I used to kiss him every night before going to bed.
'When he grabbed me and pushed his tongue down my throat, I just kneed him in the b*****ks and would still do that today.'
The assault took place in May 1985 after Fox was asked to appear in the video for his single Romance.

But when she was told to strip from the waist up for the video, Fox said she was left disgusted after realising he had an erection during filming.
In her book she said: 'Whenever he pressed himself against me, I could clearly feel his d***.
'David seemed to be deliberately drawing out the photoshoot, which took an eternity, and he had an erection the entire time – something he did absolutely nothing to hide.'
Following the shoot, Cassidy is said to have invited Fox and her dad to join him for dinner at former celeb haunt The White Elephant in Chelsea.
But revealing in her autobiography, released next week, Fox said she responded by kneeing him in the crotch
She said she agreed to go along to the meal as she did not want her father to suspect anything amiss had taken place.
She wrote that in the middle of dinner, when she rose to go to the toilet, he followed her into the loos and began fondling her.
Sticking his tongue down her mouth and hand up her skirt, the then 19-year-old fought him off and returned to her seat, never telling her father knowing how he would react.
