When an Pennsylvanian woman went online to check her electricity bill this month, she was shocked to find that she 'owed' more than $284billion.

'My eyes just about popped out of my head,' she said to Go Erie.
'We had put up Christmas lights and I wondered if we had put them up wrong.'
