An Israeli army commander has been sanctioned after he was filmed stealing fruit from a Palestinian amid clashes in Gaza, Jerusalem and the West Bank.
The sergeant, a squad leader from the Givati Infantry Brigade, was filmed taking the fruit in the West Bank city of Hebron on Saturday.
He was filmed by the stall owner who was hiding nearby amid violent protests in the city after Trump recognised Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

The incident was filmed in Hebron which saw some of the worst clashes on Saturday. There were also riots in Ramallah (pictured) and Bethlehem
'Sneaky thief,' the man can be heard saying, according to the Times of Israel, before sarcastically adding: 'To your health. Good on you.'
The footage was uploaded to Twitter where it immediately went viral, prompting a furious backlash as tensions run high across the region.
Israel Defence Forces chiefs quickly suspended the soldier, saying they 'do not condone' the behaviour.
Commanders also said he had been 'punished' over the incident, but did not elaborate any further.
Hebron saw some of the worst clashes on the West Bank between protesters and police on Saturday, as violence also erupted in Bethlehem and Ramallah.
In total 140 Palestinians and four Israeli police were wounded in the clashes, with reports that one Palestinian youth was in critical condition after being shot in the eye with a rubber bullet.

The attack was a response to rocket fire from the Gaza Strip on Friday which forced Israeli civilians in the south of the country to run for cover as air raid sirens blared for the first time since the unrest began.
One rocket fell short, the second was intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome missile defence system, and one landed in the southern Israeli city of Sderot, damaging property but causing no casualties.
The Israeli Defence Force blamed Palestine for the deaths and injuries caused by its retaliation. It said in a statement: 'The IDF views the shooting at Israeli communities severely. Hamas is solely responsible for what happens in the Gaza Strip.'
