US actor Alec Baldwin is working on his own hit television talk show following the success of his podcast.
The 59-year-old is believed to be making a new show for ABC after his WNYC radio interview show 'Here's the Thing With Alec Baldwin' proved to be so popular.
A source told Page Six the former 30 Rock star - who also had roles in The Departed and The Aviator - will record episodes for the new show in New York next week.
The Emmy-winning actor already hosts ABC television panel game show Match Game and is set to expand his relationship with the network.
In September, Baldwin won an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy for his portrayal of Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live.
Baldwin walked out on stage to accept his award and started off his speech with 'At long last, Mr. President, here is your Emmy.'
He beat out Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt's Titus Burgess, Baskets' Louis Anderson, Modern Family's Ty Burrell, and Veep's Tony Hale and Matt Walsh.
The actor has been nominated for 18 Emmy awards and won three.
Baldwin's 'Here's the Thing' podcast began in 2011 and the actor has interviewed a number of celebrities.
