LAWYERS WARN STORY IS 'RISKY'.

REACHED OUT TO FRANZESE, PHILLIPS AND THEIR COSTARS MICHAEL PITT AND NICK STAHL BUT HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM ANY OF THEM.

Actor Daniel Franzese has claimed actress Bijou Phillips subjected him to 'homophobia, body shaming and physical abuse' while filming the 2001 movie Bully.

Amid the widespread allegations of rampant abuse in the entertainment industry, Franzese has posted about the harassment he allegedly suffered on set at the hands of real life 'bully' Phillips.

In a lengthy Facebook post, Franzese -  who played the character of Damian in the 2004 film Mean Girls - claimed that Phillips had taunted him for his sexuality, twisted his nipple and kicked him in the back of the head on the set of Bully.

He later wrote on Twitter that Philips had apologized for her actions and said that he forgave her, writing: 'I forgive because I don’t know her private story either. I shared this story only to bring light to a dark memory.'

Franzese's claim come just one week after Phillips' husband, That 70s Show star Danny Masterson, was accused of raping four women.

Masterson denies these allegations, which first emerged in March, and has not been charged with any crime.

Franzese, who says he'd been 'closeted' at the time, described how Phillips had 'kept loudly saying, 'Are you gay?!' and laughing while ‬the producers ‬and photographer did nothing‪ ‬to stop her.'

He said that his fellow cast members, Micheal Pitt and Brad Renfro, who has since died, had tried to intervene on his behalf but claims she continued to say: 'Are You Gay?!' like 10 times, making sure to be loud.'

Franzese said he reluctantly admitted he was bisexual and claims Phillips then mocked him shouting; 'The bi guy is here!' ‬

The 39-year-old said that later on in the film, he'd had to take off his shirt as part of the role.

The actor said it had been an 'extremely vulnerable moment' for him as he wasn't comfortable with his body at that time, describing himself as 'the chubby kid who wore his shirt in the pool.'

'So I take my shirt off in the scene and she breaks character and she pointed at my body and at the top of her lungs yelled 'Ewwww gross!!!' She laughed and pointed at me and continued to berate me. They call cut and I had to walk off-set to collect myself,' he said.

He claims that even after that 'brutal' moment, Phillips had continued to make 'taunting faces'.

Franzese claimed the 37-year-old actress, the daughter of musician John Phillips and actress, model, and artist Geneviève Waïte, had asked someone to call him to her trailer - where he found, to his shock, Phillips apparently having sex with another actor.

He alleges that the abuse even became violent.

On one occasion, he claims she pulled him aside, seemingly to apologize but had 'grabbed my nipple and twisted it hard through my shirt and laughed and walked away.'

'When we shot one of our last scenes in a courtroom, she was walking around barefoot and the bottom of her feet were black with dirt. She was sitting behind me and kept rubbing her dirty feet on my neck. I kept swiveling the chair to move away from her and she kicked me as hard as she could in the back of the head.'

Franzese, who alleged that Phillips had also burned the Bully costume designer with a cigarette and threw eggs at their trailer, said that the abuse he suffered 'gave me a PTSD that had me stay closeted for a long time.'

'I love the movie and my other cast mates and crew, but Bully was one of the most stressful experience.'

The actor said he had decided to come forward after 16 years, after being inspired by Ellen Page's Facebook post, accusing Brett Ratner of homophobic abuse on the set of X Men: The Last Stand.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Phillips and Franzese's representatives for comment.

The pair's Bully costars Michael Pitt and Nick Stahl were also contacted by DailyMail.com.
